Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind or personal preference
Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Discounted, clearance, or promotional items
Customized or altered products
Exchange Policy
Exchange is allowed only once per order
Exchange depends on product availability
If the requested size or color is unavailable, we may offer:
Store credit, or
An alternative product of equal value
Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for:
Defective products
Wrong items sent by LEEN
Refunds will be processed via:
Original payment method, or
Store credit (as per customer preference)
Processing time: 7–10 working days after product inspection
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective item), LEEN will bear the return shipping cost
For all other approved exchanges, customers must bear the shipping cost
